Swift?Progress? GTWorx?Cobb?
Ok so i'm looking around at springs and can't exactly decide. I want something for Daily use in all weather (awesome winter to have an evo this year in NJ)
I'm looking at:
Progress:$188 -Front drop: 1.2",Rear drop: 0.8", Front: 260 lbs/in, Rear: 230 lbs/in
I instantly like the price of the progress and the reviews i've found seem to be positive
Swift Sport:$315 -Spring Rate in pounds/inch (F/R): 149-242 / 132-206
Drop in inches (F/R): -1.0 / -0.6
Everyone loves swift springs i've never heard a seriously bad review, some people said they felt floating at highway speeds
GtWorx:$299 F/R Drop: ~1"/~1" Spring Rate F/R: 300lbs/in and 300lbs/in
Again, Reviews are positive
Cobb:$225 F/R Spring Rate: 3.2-4.6 kg/3.6 - 4.9 kg, F/R Drop: 1.3" / 1.4"
Haven't seen to many reviews, one i found said a couple people liked em, and one said it blew his stock shocks, which is no bueno lol
Anyone care to offer their opinions? any insight that can be offered would be great!

I have swifts and haven't tried any of the others mentioned so take this with a grain of salt.
I'd recommend the gtworx based on the specs because I don't like a very large drop for daily driving. I think the "floating" that people mention may have to do with the fact that the swifts are progressive springs, so for that half inch or so of travel on the softer portion of the spring could be what is causing this.
the gtworx springs are linear/harder so they're going to ride slightly rougher than the swifts, but they'll also be better for the track.
I went with swifts because they offer a minimal but nice drop(personal taste), stock-like ride comfort, and a slightly stiffer overall spring for my days at the track.
