I'm planning to change the wheels for my EVO.

It's 08 EVO X.

Would 18x9 +25, 255/35/18 RE11 fit withtout rolling the fender??

I have 18x9 +20 on mine but with the stock size tire (245/40/18) and the fenders weren't rolled. Camber was at 1.5 in the front and 1.2 in the rears. I think the RE-11 is one of those "run wide" tires so it might rub... but not entirely sure about the offset, the higher offset might help with the don't need to roll your fenders thing.
