I've looked around and can't find anything like what I want from a reflasher like Gruppe-S, so I'm starting to wonder if it's even possible.
As you probably know, the ASC button has two version of off. Plain off (a tap) turns off the throttle-cut traction control and the single-wheel-braking traction control, along with the basic skid-control functions. What many people refer to as "off-off" (three-second hold) also turns off the single-rear-wheel-braking help for yaw. Thus, as of now, there is no setting to turn off the throttle-cut part of traction control while leaving the single-wheel-braking part of traction control on. But that's the combination that I'd really like. (If you care: I want the single-wheel-braking part of traction control because some braking on the inside-front tire at corner exit will help the front diff; I don't want throttle-cut since it can throw the car out of balance when it kicks in without warning.)
Done anyone have any ideas at all on how I might get the throttle-cut turned off while keeping the single-wheel braking? I'm open to anything at this point as long as it ends up a switch or is otherwise easily undone. TIA

I am not aware of anything to do that, but I understand the need. When I was rallycrossing my Evo X I found that it was best to leave both on as the AYC controlling the difs without the braking was highly ineffective and upset the chassis tremendously. Learning to anticipate and work with the full S-AYC system was much faster, but required a very different driving style.
