Tein or Eibach

Okay I'm sure this has been asked here before but I can't find it

I'm looking to lower my car soon and dunno what lowering springs to get. Currently I am torn between Tein and Eibach. The price difference between them is about $15.00

Tein S. Tech Spring Kit

Drop Height Front : 1.4in
Drop Height Rear :
1.0in

Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs

Drop Height Front: 1.2 in
Drop Height Rear:
1.0 In

Which one do you guys recommend? thanks

Swift Spec-R's or GTWORX Tarmac (what I run). Personally, I'd rather run a set of springs that's engineered by a company that knows Evo's and not a company that makes bulk springs for a sht ton of cars.

What are you looking for? Performance or aesthetics? Former: I have heard to stay away from both of those (Swift would be a better choice). Latter: Just look at pictures to see what drop you think looks best.

I have the swift spec R. Not too aggressive of a drop, but they perform really nice and feel good while looking good

Neither.

As others have said, GTWorx or Swift.

Eibach Prokits...I have them and I love them. I had Swifts on my IX and I'm happier with these Prokits on my X. Mainly, I like the lower drop and wider progressive rate range better.

My wife has a set of Prokits on her WRX too and after 50k miles they still ride just as nice as they did day 1.

I've got the Eibach's also and they are Awesome! Ride isn't much harsher then stock and the look of the car is great.

Sure there are better springs out there for track use, but for the street the Eibach's are perfect!

I've never been happy with Eibach's personally. Tein has always worked well and WAS usually less expensive although with the US dollar not worth much these days I'm sure that has changed.
