Hi guys,

I am looking for a new set of wheels. Nothing crazy, just looking for something a little darker and concave.

I am running stock wheels w/no drop on my GSR:

Wheels- 18 x 8.5 + 38
Continental tires 245/40/18 tires
Hub 67.1
Bolt pattern 5x114.3

I'm interested in the XXR 522 wheels because they are within my price range.

I'd like to stay on my stock tire size, but at the same time have them poke out a little more. Seems like they just sit too "deep" in the car.
Someone told me that I should be able to run 9.5 safely with a +25 offset. I was wondering what your recommendations are?

How does 18/9.5/+25 sound? I'll have to pickup a new pair of lugs/hubrings as well?

18x9.5 +25 is exactly flush with the edge of the fender, so they won't "sit in" like you're talking about.
Anything wider than that actually sits a bit beyond the fender, but lots of people run even bigger wheels, so it's up to you. I'd vote for the 18x9.5+25 certainly, that's what I did (with Advans).
