New to the forums, 1st thread created. Just picked up my 2011 Evo GSR last week and am already getting the itch for mods. No stranger to tuner cars and I like doing the work myself, rather then taking it to a shop. 1st thing on my list is wheels and suspension. I have a 3 wheels choices picked out.....Wedsport Te105n, Volk Te37sl and Gram Lights 57dr. My question is....what is the formula to achieve something like the picture below i.e. wheel size, coilovers, sway/strut bars, rolling fenders. Pretty much what I am asking is What + What + What = Bad *** looking below. Thanks for the help!

Not the pic you posted, but;
18x10.5 +(Low Offset)
285/35 Tires
Coilovers
Front Lip
Sideskirt/Rear Bumper Extensions
Negative Camber
Cat-Back w/o a Resonator
That alone would make your car look and sound monstrous.

You don't need sway/struts. The bumper extension is the extra piece to the very bottom of the bumper on each side. Looks like something part of a kit (it is from the OEM factory body kit).
If you get the TC105, it will be really aggressive. You probably need to roll the rear more than if you get something in the +18 to +22. You'll need coils for this setup.

You can go OEM with the rear extension.

I doubt that those are 285s. They look stretched to the point of moronity (tm).Originally Posted by Sev

I know, I wasn't referring to the picture. I was just suggesting he goes 285's on a 10.5" wide wheel. Originally Posted by Iowa999
