Alignment today. Need help.

I did a bit of research but I didn't find an real answer:

Can someone give me a detailed description on how to adjust camber settings on the front and rear. He botched this up something fierce and it handles like ****.

Swift spec r springs all around, 20mm spacers in the front (waiting for rears to come in)

There's no other step to it, and it will not strip by simply turning that adjustment bolt head that faces rear?

You need to loosen the nut first, and do it on the rack on the alignment machine. Moving the camber adjustment also changes the toe.
