I've decided to go with BC coils, just can't decide what spring rate to get. I wanted to see what spring rates people are currently running and if they are happy with them. My car is a daily with a couple track days a year.

What spring rate would be best?

 

I run 8k/8k F/R with my BC's. Seems like it's a pretty good compromise for both DD and track days.

 

I was recently running 10k / 8k on BC's recommendation. Call BC and ask for Tim. He is a super nice dude. He can help you decide based on your driving style/needs. How often are you planning to see the track on them?

 

The car will only see about 5 or so track days a year. I just want something that will give me a good balance on the street and track. Also should spring rates be equal or higher in the front or back?

 

This is what I'm running as well. What other suspension modifications are you guys running? I want to get more track days in this upcoming year and am looking to tighten things up more. Any suggestions or links would be appreciated.
