Post Suspension extra bits?

Ok, I track my car at road course time trial events and I am looking to get the most out of my suspension. I don't want to gut the car or do extreme weight reduction, so I am dealing with what I can.

Currently I have stiffer springs (800lbs fr/rear) swaybars, and AST 5100s with a full camber kit, lighter enkei wheels and hoosier tires.

I have a list of parts here and I was wondering = should I buy any of them?
Are any of these any good or really useful?
Have I missed anything?
How do you guys feel about any of these parts?
  1. Rear Adjustable Control Arms
  2. Front Lower Arm Bar
  3. Lower Floor Center Power Brace
  4. Lower Floor Front Power Brace
  5. Lower Floor Rear Side Power Brace
  6. Pillow Ball Bushings Rear Upper Arm Front Side
  7. Pillow Ball Bushings Rear Upper Arm Rear Side
  8. 4 Point Ladder Brace
  9. Heavy Duty Rear End Links
  10. Front Roll Center Adjustment Kit
  11. Front Control Arm Bushing Kit

Iowa999 = you are the third person who has recommended that. I think at this point I should consider it on my list to purchase.

Any thoughts about others?

How about a caster kit? Extra 1.5 degree of caster worth it?

If you have ever driven into a oil-change or muffler shop and said to yourself "self, if I don't end up in bed tonight with the person who will be under my car, I'll kill myself," then you might want some pretty blue brackets for the bottom of your car. Otherwise, not.

I had no idea that such were even available. It's a single-axis joint.

This one is a definite maybe. The OE links are not strong.

As said in previous post: yes.

Another maybe. The PSS thingies, especially the version for more caster, are nice.

lol, I love the responses

I ordered the Front Roll Center Adjustment kit, and a Adjustable Caster PSRS

What camber and caster angles does everyone think are about right? (for most road course applications)
- I am at 3.5 degrees camber and 4 degrees caster

on a side note; does my 800lbs f/r springs seem to soft for roadcourse driving?

Depends on the coilover

OK, work is complete.

I bought and installed the Front Roll Center Adjustment kit, and a Adjustable Caster PSRS.

MAJOR improvement in front end camber adjustment and cornering stability. These are must have parts.

I still need to get rear 5100's i have dont have very good rebound, so when i hit the road course curbing (white and red stripped bits) the car pops up on two wheels. SO i need to get those corrected.

So, I will post more after the track day time trials.

For a full body weight evo x i would now suggest 800lbs front and 1000+ rear. (my 850lbs in rear is too soft, especially for the limited settings on the AST 5100s)

oh yeah, and if you are debating, YES, the AST 5200s are worth the money over the 5100s. i really wish i had rebound and compression options
