Work Cr Ultimate (Kiwami)

Alright Guys,

Hopefully you guys can give me some advice. I did do a lot of research and had some people tell me this and that but I would like some piece of advice from someone with an Evo X and experience.

Work Emotion Cr Ultimate (Kiwami)
18x10.5 +15
265/35/18

I have Whiteline Lower Control Arms and I know for sure I need a roll in the rear with camber.

I'm trying to get a flushed look, almost like eliminating the wheel gap. I want to know

What is the best suspension to go with?
Springs or Coilovers?

Money is not an issue as you have to pay to play.

I read about RobiSpec KW Coilovers, Ohlins, AMR, etc.
What are your opinions? My goal is to go low, but at the same time looking for the max comfort possible. I don't track haha...
Would you recommend different tire spec as well?

Thanks guys

I have KW V3's on my car and I like them a lot for daily driving. That being said, when I purchased mine they were ~800 cheaper than the Ohlins setup. I got quotes from several vendors and they were in the area of $2600 vs $3400 at the time (about a year ago). I also found someone on the forums that had a new set but was going another direction with his car, so I got another few hundred off. If I was buying new now, it's hard to beat Ohlins with the recent price drops (now under $2800 and include camber plates). I'd personally probably go that route if I were to do it again today.

I'm actually also planning to pick up the same wheels (but in the +22mm fitment) in the next few days to run with 275/35/18 MPSS tires.

^^^ Ohlins are not much more expensive than KW now, if more expensive at all considering they include the camber plates.
It's really a no brainer if you are in that price range.

This is JMO. if this is a daily driver only, why spend 2500 + for coilovers when there's good
coilovers under 2 grand and are rebuildable. Now if your going to do some track time then I
can see the point....or is this just for bragging rights.
