knocking/clunking noise

i own a 2010 gsr... tein mono flex coilovers. stoptech rotors and pads.

i have this hollow knocking/clunking/rattle noise. it only happens when i do slow movements. example: when i reverse park into a stall and turn my wheels i hear this knocking/rattle noise. Or if i go into first gear and just let it roll itll make the noise. its very intermittent so i cant really get to hear it for a long period of time in order to know where the noise is really coming from.to me it sounds like its from the front passenger side.

i took out the strut and checked it. looks fine to me. checked axle nuts and sway bar endlinks. nothing there. checked my brake caliper bolts. there tight. check brake pads for play. none found. checked my sway bar bushings. there fine. checked my strut bar bolts and re-torqued them. noise still there. checked my bolts on the struts. all g there. checked my axle for play. none there. sooooo.... im out of ideas at this point. checked the forums for common things. there isnt anything that i havent done yet. any other things i could do? check? thanks

I had a similar issue and it ended up being blown struts, (BC racing Coilovers). Could be a million things, wheel bearings, end links, loose lugs, strut top bolt, ect. I had to put the stock suspension back on to diagnose my issue 100%. Just an FYI.

That's happening to me now. It started when i changed my springs. From what I've read and found, the problem is most likely being caused by something not tightened right. I haven't had a chance to get to mine but I will get to it on Saturday. I'll let you know what i find out

True it could be several things. But most likely suspension related. Like posted above, go back and check/tighten everything. I just had a hell of a time looking for a "clunk" on my dad's E53.
