Anyone Running an aggressive setup

Talked to a guy yesterday that looking to run a 19x11 wheel anyone running this?

I'm about to be running 19X10.5s +18 offset as soon as my wheels come in in the next couple weeks. Gonna need quite a bit of fender rolling.
