We want to remind everyone that third party sale are not allowed on Evom. That includes letting anyone who is not a member and/or does not meet the requirements for using our marketplace use your Evom account. Placing an item for sale for a non-member or allowing a non-member to use his/her paypal account. We hold the member responsible for for any post sale problems including non-payment and damaged items. If the member does not ensure the buyer/seller is made whole, we will permanently disable the members account who allowed the third transaction.

We have an example of this right now. A purchase was made via paypal and the item arrived damaged. The buyer was not aware that the part was not the Evom member's and the paypal account was that of a friend. If the Evom member cannot facilitate a solution to make the buyer whole, his account will disabled.

It is a good idea to ask the buyer/seller if the part is their property and who is receiving the money. Thanks.
