It is time we revised the guidelines concerning members reviewing their service experience with our vendors. The current negative review process is a legacy format that worked when we had 30 vendors. We want to simplify the process for members, vendors and staff while ensuring, to the best of our ability, fair and transparent reviews. Please note the sticky now posted in the Vendor Review forum.
