Help!

Hi guys, I just changed stock to Falken ZE-512 all season tires (4 sets of tires) and the weird thing is that when I go over around 70mph, I feel that the handle is shacking a little bit and the shacking is gone under 70mph. I have balanced + mounted all 4 tires, I have no idea what's wrong with my handling right after I put them on my evo. Is it because I have not done the wheel alignment??

the steering wheel shakes at high speed its an improperly balanced tire most likeley.. when i got my new tires on my evo it took them 3 shots to get rid of the shaking at 70+mph.... Just try re balancing once more

Oh and btw i just evolved (400th post )

yea, u need to get rebalanced

on a side note, dont use the stickey weights that hide inside the wheel well, ive had those on for a month and mine shakes a little, going up to mitsu saturday to get a free oil change and free balence (love having mechanics in the back who are best friends and get me free **** when the service manager isnt there, lol)

yeah, rebalance....I rotated my tires and my shaking went away. Guessing the fronts are unbalanced.

If re-balancing doesn't fix your problem, your new tires are probably warped.

Like others have mentioned, I would also check to see that the tires are properly balanced. If that doesn't correct the problem then I would check to see if you have any loose wheel studs. I had steering shake after I replaced tires and found out that I had three loose wheel studs.
