Well, its time to trade in the 2004 WRX and right now I can walk out of a subbie dealership with a 05 STI for 30,500 +tax. However since the first day I've bought my WRX I've always really wanted the EVO because its way more rare and after going to a STI vs EVO shootout it was odvious which was the better car. However I am asking for assistance in dealing with the dealerships. Basically I need to know the invoice price the dealership pays for the 05's thus I will have room to bargain. And second what is the lowest someone here has gotten an 05 out the door for with the Sound, Sun, HID package? Those are really the only options I desire being that I could add better aftermarket strut braces later down the road. Also does anyone have any insight on current discounts *military / gov*, or special incentives? I apprecaite all your help and hopefully I'll be the owner of a nice 05 EVO by the end of the weekend

Awesome choice for car purchase specially if your into tracks and racing Evo is a great car as I'm sure you know. I have an 03 with sunroof and made it OTD for 30,500 I'm sure the 05's are ganna be a little more than that but you should be able to get out for around 32k from what I hear from others
