I totaled my evo and was thinking about an s2000. I know its a lot less power and potential but was thinking about getting something different. Would really apreciate your guys opinions on getting an s2000. Thanks

 

you'll enjoy having something different for about 2 weeks and then you'll miss the raw fun of the evo. just my oppinion, but S2000 is a nice ride though.

 

get a van, i'd hate to see that you totalled another nice car!!

 

S2000 is a nice car and convertible, it's very enjoyble , specially in the summer. I would llike to get one if I have the money.

 

Get a Volvo. Sounds like you need all the airbags you can get.

 

Sorry to hear about your Evo but I am glad your OK.

 

Go test drive one. If you're in need for speed you'll miss the EVO. I went back and drive my SC 00 SI and it makes me appreciate my EVO more and more-- speed wise that is.

 

Don't make the S2K your only car cause it isn't practical. That is why I sold mine for an Evo! My opinion is the S is a great car but the Evo blows it away....just my .02. Can't go wrong either way though!

or *gasp* a regular WRX..... not to expensive.. awd and modding is plentyful.....

 

i was thinkin about gettin an s2k and have read up a ton on them i think theyre nice cars but definately test it out first and then decide. good luck and keep us posted.

 

I traded cars with a buddie for a weekend. He took my EVO and i took his S2K.

I hope your not 6ft, 'cuz i cramped up in the car after 30 mins or so. I just couldnt get comfortable.

VTEC is sweet, but waiting for it is an eternity. 9000rpm is cool, and loud, but once again, you have to drive like a beotch to get there.

The car can be made tail happy, but i think the EVo inspires more confidence.

Trunk space and practicality kinda suck, but hey, it's a two seater roadster.

My $0.02, get it a a summer car. I wouldnt want it year round.

 

If you wrecked an Evo you are sure to wreck a S2000... If it was your driving, that is... I say get another Evo...
