A local dealer has a 2004 GSR with the leather,sunroof, sound system option. He's talking maybe 31K plus tax. Is this a good deal?

i got one in august for 29500 before Taxes....brand new.

 

local dealer here wants 31800 out the door for a brand new 04 gsr yellow with the sound sun leather package.. personally dont like the sunroof or leather so i didnt go with it and i can pick up a brand new 05 gsr for 31,200 otd...sooo yeah

What's the cheapest I can get a 04 evo (im paying cash)? Is 28,000 otd possible? Also I really dont care for option, so just standard gsr with hid and I live in AZ.
