Still waiting on my Lucky Break when I will finally have an Evo, but until then my list of cars so far is a little long..... Here ya go, Have a big laugh!
The list starts with cars my parents bought me when I was 16.
1: 1975 AMC Jeep CJ5: Zebra Striped with a 3 speed manual tranny.(Engine block was cracked, the Jeep lasted about 3 weeks. Dang shame, I Liked it alot.)
2: 1985 Plymoth Horizon: Hand me down with over 200K miles from my step dad when the Jeep died. It did have a 5 Speed Manual, but the four door hatchback really killed the cool factor of driving to school... Throw out baring went out and the car gave up the ghost just under 260k miles.
3: 1984 Dodge Omni: Same as the Horizon, just an Automatic Transmission. My Grandma felt sorry for me when the Horizon broke down, so she found this car for $150 and bought it for me to get back and forth to work during the summer.
4. 1984 Chevrolet Chevette Scooter: My Step Father handed me the keys to my new "Vette" as he called it. Laugh if you want to... I Loved this car, I wish I still had it. He bought this car from a friend at work, The guy had put a 2.8 lt V6 in and it had a 5 speed manual tranny. The car was a two door, much better than the 4-door cars I had been driving for almost a year. It was Black, had t-tops, custom interior, and a Kicker stereo system. It was also a Rear wheel drive car, so I loved peeling out at stop lights.
5. 1985 Chevrolet S-10: My first car I bought myself. It had a small 2.5 lt 4cyl engine and a 4 speed manual tranny.
6. 1983 Chevrolet Blazer: Jacked up on 36" tires and fully set up for off roading.
7. 1992 Oldsmobile Bravada: Bought when the Blazer was totaled!
8. 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited: My Baby for the next few years.
Graduated High School in June 2000.
9. 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT V6: Blast to drive!
10. 1986 AMC Jeep Cherokee Chief: Jacked up, Beater to go hunting in.
11. 1987 Chevy S-10: Beyond Jacked up! 14" of Body and Suspension Lift to fit the 44" tires. Full rear ladder bars and the rear diff had been regeared to produce a lot of low end torque. Getting into this truck was a challenge, the floor was at shoulder height.
12. 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS: I got bit by the "Fast and the Furious" bug. My first "Tuner" car.
Now during all of this, I kept the 95 Jeep and the 95 Eclipse until I bought my 2004 Lancer.... all other cars have been sold....
Oh yeah, I bought my wife a 2000 Chrysler Cirius LXi when we got married in 2003.
