Possibly in the market for an evo, some q's..

I will be in the market for a new car soon and I am leaning towards an Evo. As far as options go, I'm not interested in sunroof/leather/sound package but I do want HIDs. I have heard that in order to get HIDs on the 05s, you must purchase the sun/sound/leather package? If this is true, then 05s are definitely out of the picture. But, my question is, did this apply to 04s as well? If I am not mistaken, all 03s came with HIDs by default and hopefully 04s do as well.

Thanks.

Yes, I'm 99.9% sure the '04s come with HID's

Driver- High Intesity Discharge I believe.... they are the really bright headlights you see driving down the road.

High Intensity Discharge

the lights look blue when seeing them at night and mixed in with the yellow lights of other cars.

their damn expensive to get replaced; around $1000.00 each

question - are all the 05 standard with it?
