newbie here, just got an evo today.
thanks everyone for the kind replies. Yes, the SSL is sunroof sound (infiniti sound system) and leather. I prefer the sound and leather but could care less for the sunroof. I plan on putting in a drop in replacement filter, as long as that does not void warranty.
Well I know with EVOs with the stock airbox you cant hear the "swoosh" sound from the stock BOV unless you get an aftermarket intake so I was wondering if a drop in filter would have the same effect. (IE giving you that swoosh sound from the stock bov)

I didn't get suction kit, just filter kit. am tottaly satisfied w/ sound now.

The guy who drive my car out of the showroom ( I presume he is the owner) , had ME hold one of the doors open, ( I didnt know that was part of purchasing a car) while he yelled and insulted his two salesmen/spotters, calling them idiots and what not. Said the car was brand new, so I couldn't test drive, when I actually check the mileage, the dang thing has 105 miles on it already! One shady dealership w/ terrible ethics and very unprofessional.
Don't put up with dealers crap
Don't get me wrong, I've met customers that can never be satisfied and are ultimate mooches. Even though you give them a great deal they start bickering stupid things like, “The Evo you sold me has 5 miles on it I wanted Zero." Come on almost every Evo has at least 5 miles on it.
If your an upstanding and understanding customer, and realize that most companies are in business to make a profit. You should be treated like King (or Queen).
If you guys every need my help with dealing with dealerships let me know, Regardless if you’re out of state. I will tell you some of the things you need to do to get a great deal or I will get you the best deal possible myself.

Nice ride man and have fun with it. Got my wicked white evo last month and just recently broken it in with a trip to vegas. Just gotta say it's one sweet car. And Sout Coast Mitsu sucks ***. Even though they claim to be the largest Evo dealer in the US their service is not so great. The gas light was on when I hopped in. Talked to the owner and he filled it up. The worst part was that they could not find my other key. They said they will mail it to me and and I still have not received it. called them over and over and they keep giving me the runaround. Thumbs down to SC Mitsu. Try huntington beach, I heard they were good and have the second largest stock of evos in the US.
