Fact: you are wrong

Fact: just because they publish the effect that it has at 110 mph, doesn't mean there's no effect beforehand.

Facts:
7% more downforce at 60mph
35% more downforce at 110mph

I would suggest that you get your facts straight, but there's so much misinformation bouncing around, I'm really starting to give up.
