http://www.body-kit.com/lan04evo8.html

That is the closest you will get a 2004 lancer to an evo 8 without actually doing body work and modifying OEM evo 8 parts to fit on the lancer.

you can use the actual OEM evo 8 parts and you dont have to modify anything. you need the headlights, fenders, front bumper, hood, and radiator support. itll all fit.

You'll also need the doors and weld on the rear quarter panels (to get the fender flares in the back)... too much custom work.

hows that? it should all just bolt up. and i had only addressed the front, but you would need the rear doors, quarter pannels, sideskirts, rear bumper, and tail lights. and its not much to snip the quarter pannels off and put new ones on. ive done it myself and its not hard.

the 04 kit is for all 04 models...
Models included: US / Canadian Lancer 2004 / 2005 ( Ralliart / OZ Rally / ES / LS )

** info directly from sight. **

do you have the ES or the LS?
EL would be ES in USDM... Sorry for the confusion.
LS would be GL

There is El's if you bothered to click the link provided.
he doesn't have a USDM lancer.

accolade would have to say if their kit fit the asian market lancers.
which of course I'm sure it would, with a lil modification.
