I ordered some PIAA wiper blades from Tirerack like a month or so ago, and they streak a little bit. I emailed their customer service asking what I can do, and they gave me a complete refund! I even get to keep the somewhat streaking blades! This really shocked me, and is definitely one hell of a sign of their great customer service. Anyone wanting tires, wheels, or accessories should definitely go through Tirerack.

 

Damn, I just ordered those wiper blades (from a different company - better deal).

If they just gave back your money, that says to me that the blades are crap and they don't even bother to replace them. I hope it's just a fluke.

From what I've heard, its not the blades, I just got some weird ones. Do a search on PIAA blades, and apart from mine, all get good reviews. I think they just did that cause PIAA doesn't seem to have a replacement policy, so they just gave me my money back in case I want to go and buy some other brands blades.

 

That was nice of them.
