Currently I am running Helix downpipe, Vishnu sig catback and all with the stage 0+ map.

When my cat delete pipe arrives later this week should I expect my peak EGTs to go up, down, or stay the same?

Cat Delete pipe = Replacement for the cat that has no material in it - freeer flowing exhaust = more power.

EGT's = Exhaust Gas Tempuratures ...

It's a ecu map that comes with the Vishnu tuned Xede unit. Here is the description from Vishnu's website.

"This map is designed for a cat-back and downpipe equipped Lancer Evolution running 91 octane fuel. The brass restrictor pill in the boost line just before the factory boost control solenoid must be removed. In addition to raising boost by approximately 1-2psi and holds it more constantly to redline. It also induces a more aggressive timing and fuel mapping values. Use only with premium unleaded fuels. "
