What the best way to clear a cell? Ie: Cell from the o2 sensor because of a deleted cat.

 

it's CEL (check engine light)

just reset the ECU, unhook the battery for a few minutes should take care of it, however it will simply throw another CEL, you can get an adapter that will prevent that, I can't remember exactly what it's called right now tho
