For everyone else's reference: Yes.
If you can find the rare 4g93t or 4g93E with the cams on the left (facing the engine compartment) then it should be a direct swap. I say "should be" because no one's done it or attempted to do it so far as I'm aware. As much as I'd like to steal parts from the 4g93E, it's more trouble sourcing, buying and shipping parts than it's worth imo.

Don't forget, though... you have to find out which direction the camshaft turns, and where the starter is located. Mitsu likes to change those two things up quite a bit, so, those are two other criteria the engine must meet.
