Just getting back into the Evo craze. I bought an 03. Did a few simple mods. Intake,AFC II, test pipe, BOV, axle back, MBC. I ran a 12.8 @ 110. It was fun till the tranny problems( 5 th gear synchro). I felt I need a change. That lasted all but * months in my Av6 6 spd. Once I heard about the ACD, bigger Housing, and better warrenty( like it will ever even see the dealer) I started thinking about getting one again. Then I stopped by a dealer and they had the new Electric Blue and that is all it took. I had it with in a couple of days. It also will be a more thought plan this time to what parts I will do. I'd Like to follow Buschers plan (maybe not all of his parts) but I like how he has really got more involve to show what makes power and what doesn't. What other shop has done that? None that I have read about. Thats not the point here though. Just want to say I back, so not really a Newbie. I also had a 97 GSX 11.85 @ 115, small 16G, Greddy FM, MBC, EFI PMS, 550 cc, and 3" turbo back. Later.
