It looks like EVOs are roughly distributed about the same as the population in the U.S. California is the most populous state and has the most EVOs. Florida, Pennsylvania and Illinois are also states with large populations and a lot of EVOs. The one that looks a little off to me is New York. It has more people than Florida, but much less EVOs. Probably because most of the people are in NYC, and you'd have to be nuts to drive an EVO around Manhattan.
