I have to do a research on the Mitsubishi company and was wondering if anyone could help? I am looking at how Mitsubishi does performance evaluation and budgets.

Examples of questions include: How are employees evaluated, how often they are evaluated, how are they compensated, etc...If you are willing to spend 10-15 minutes, that would be great.... Post here if you are able to help or know where to direct me to for more information.
