Rims for a Silver Ralliart

Need opinions on what rims and tires to get... I have a Silver Ralliart, I was thinking of getting a 18" rims, but i'm not sure which ones would really be nice, does anyone have pics of their rims?

18's will look nice. I just got my 17's all set and done. first time around the tires were rubbin liek crazy. 215 is to wide for the rears with a 45, I jsut ened up foing 205 40 17 with the proxy 4's awesome tire. I can't complian. they ride awesome and handle on curves well. I was trying to find a reason to hate them got on some industrial side roads and hit corners hard. nice.

I would try hard to keep the diamiter of the wheel as close to stock as possible. with anything bigger then the total of 24 dia. with a 215 I would look into rolling the fenders if you want people in your car or if you want to not worry as much.

The 17 with a 205 40 is something like 23.5? Im trying to remember off the top of my head. our stock is the close to 24 but Im pretty sure its under. The 215 40 I had was 24.8? I beleive. thats when I had clearence problems.
If you go with an 18 watch the specs on the dia. as long as it works an 18 will look awesome.

oh also. look for a darker color. I like when they mix the poslished silver and something dark. I think it sthe perfect match for the silver RA. I'll have pictures of mine up tomorrow I hope.

Well, if your anything like me then you don't have a WHOLE lot of money to spend on things liek that then you could always powdercoat your stock wheels, i powdercoated mine gloss balck and they look sick! I got all four wheels done for only $150.00, and with the money i saved i bought a RRM intake. Just an idea for u....

18's on our car look too big IMO. I like 17's with 215/40's on them. I have black rims on my car, but it's a personal preference. I think gunmetals look pretty good too. NO gold or white though. Maybe a clasic 5 or 6 spoke. I'm not into the muti-spoke chrome bling.

What it comes down to though is what you like, after all it's your car!
