Hey what's up people... Just bought a 2004 Ralliart and am looking to hook it up! I don't know alot about the Lancer, so I need help to figure out what to do to it... My wife has it in Hawaii right now (I'm in Japan)... First off, what do you guys think...Engine mods or Cosmetic mods first? She is all about the looks, lol... Also, what engine mods would you guys recommend for me? I'm not looking for it to go too fast, but fast enough and sound nice... Thanks for your help...
Hi, welcome to the boards! =]
anyway...most guys would recommend Intake, exhaust, and ECU (since those 3 are the fundamentals to upgrading); some other suggestions include air filter, headers (if you want to go internal), fuel pump, forced induction, etc., but those are all for when you get bit more serious about HP.
nonetheless, just try to buy things that fit your budget. Good luck with modding =]

Thanks and glad to be here... Yeah that's what I've been told... I don't know nuthin about this really, I've only done work involving the inside of the car, not the engine or anything like that... So I guess you could say I'm really a newb! But that's ok, cuz learning about it is a ton of fun in itself...
Wow, they used your Ralliart for the press kit?
Basic power mods for the Ralliart are intake and piggyback ECU. Header is not needed since the car comes with a well designed tubular header. Another great mod is the downpipe, but it gets rid of your catalytic converter and makes the car LOUD.
If you want looks, RRM is releasing an awesome body kit shortly that you should look at. Check the Ralliart show and shine forum.

That may be my fault about the pic... It is a pic my wife sent me of the car, I thought it was one she took, but I could be wrong, lol... I was looking at some Accolade body kits, I really want the limited edition one they have, but they only have 4 left and I don't have the money right now... I'll definately look into the RRM one though, I like alot of their's also... I'm not looking to make it loud so to day, I do want it to sound nice though...
