search there was just a thread about this, but there are a few + and -s to each

cai
+doesn't get heat soaked
-can get watter logged(can be avoided with an air bypass valve)
-more expensive
+leaves more room in the engine compartment

short ram
-heat soaked till you hit 35mph or so
+cheap
+a lot of diffrent ones to choose from
+not much of a chance of watter logging(unless you drive into a lake)
-takes up more room in the engine compartment

there has to be at least 20 posts on this very topic. you should do a search and you will find more info on this topic than you will ever need.

First off this does NOT belong and show and shine. Second, if you take a look around and/or run a search you'll find more than enough answers for this. Moving to the Newbie forum and closing.
