Pikes Peak Evo
Hiya guys, new member here. I was lucky enough to get to Pikes Peak over the weekend for the hill climb and got a couple of reasonable shots of one of the Evos running there that I thought I'd share with you. Comments/criticisms welcome.
Sliding action.
Side on.
This Evo was running in the open class and was definitely one of the quicker cars that came up the mountain. Don't think it won though.

They were taken at Mile 13 on Pikes Peak last weekend, which was the 2nd corner after the tarmac ended past the Ski Resort. Was great fun. I do have some of the FTO, which I'll post when I get back from work this arvo. Unforutantely they didn't turn out very well. Overexposed and slightly out of focus. I'm only just getting into the is photography lark so getting decent shots when the cars move so quickly and the light kept changing was a PITA!
I also have some of the Evo you mention. Again they are not that good, but I'll play with them in PS and post them tonight.

Edit: Actually here's one of Styles I managed to slap together before I left for work. NOTE: I wouldn't normally have bothered posting this one as it's not very good quality! The only thing I really like about this shot is that you can see where the driver has locked up his rear wheel trying to unsettle the car prior to throwing it in to the corner. Pretty cool.
I also have some of the Evo you mention. Again they are not that good, but I'll play with them in PS and post them tonight.
