I just wanted to say hi to everyone and take a sec to introduce myself. My name is Dave and I live in the SF bay area. On June 18th 2005 I became a proud owner of a 03 tarmac black Evo VIII. The car had just over 17k miles & I've put a little over 800 miles on it so far. It's been a blast to drive. Although it's not the best example of a used one I've seen, I am still pumped to own it anyway. I come from a Turbo Buick background since about 1995. I drooled when these cars made their way over here. I must say it's by far the best handling car I've ever owned! I will most likely get lojack and or a nice alarm system. Here's a pic of my Evo at Stinson Beach last Thursday. Hope to see you guys at a meet or at the track sometime.
