bumper laws is the major one...

other ones ive heard is, when it gets into a accident something w/ the intercooler and that is why the STI made it is b/c its top mounted..

APPARENTLY the evo 9 is supposed to make it here but i think thats bullsh|t

if anything goes wrong with the evo everyone would blame canada not mitsubishi
