Question Under Powered
Hey guys,
I was wondering can anyone possibly tell me waht the phrase "underpowered" means... For instance "The BMW 3-Series are underpowered..."

It's a subjective term. It means lacking in power...

If they feel the car's a bit of a hog and could seriously benefit from some more power they generally say it's "underpowered". There ain't much to it.
