The 1g bov/GVR4 BOV is all aluminum i think, i have one on my gsx.
It's designed pretty much like the evo's, only that it leaks above 17-19psi, however there are simple mods to make it hold higher boost. One is by crushing the edges using a hammer or the other is just tapping it somewhere else, can't explain it, but find the howto on www.vfaq.com.

Sad thing is, it works as well or better than the "JDM MR bov hotnezz" and costs around 40 bux. Same design, pretty much... just some ppl are willing to fork out more cash .
