Launching the EVO

This is probably beating a dead horse but what do you guys usually launch your EVOs at?

I know the best place to launch my Spec is right around 2500 rpms but I'm sure it's different for you guys....

Well, coming from another DSM it would make sense that a slip/drop at 5500 is a nice spot but '05 have a rev limiter at 5k. I've seen some review videos, (Top Gear and whatnot) where they launch at 6k.

i've watched the japanese drivers and the rev it to like 6-7k rpm and just dump the clutch. I guess they could afford to, but i sure am not able to. I havent even launched my car yet.
