Weird but when I was negotiating, I thought the invoice was $29,300 so I thought I'd give them $350 over invoice for it. I named my "yes i'll buy it tonight" price of $29,650 and they finally went for it. (the car had a markup of $5000 still! LOL) I came home and looked on Edmunds and realized invoice on the 8 is about $29,500 -- so I did better than I thought! Only $150 over.
I only put $2500 down because with 0% apr, it pays to keep more money in your pocket and spread out the monthly payments if you need to. Use your capital for things that will return interest.
To figure out your monthly payments with 0%, just add up your total and divide by the months you're financing. Pretty easy with 0%.
Did I mention I LOVE the car? I swear it feels as fast as my Z06 when it's in full boost.
It's tight, precise and solid. EVO's rule! Thanks for all your comments... here's a pic I took the next day... EB doesn't photograph true-to-life. I was next to a WRB WRX and the EVO's EB is darker and more purple vs WRB... I am liking it because it's "different" --- but then I hardly ever see any EVO's anyway.
BTW, Thousand Oaks Mitsu returned a call/email and said they'd do invoice. But by then it was too late. But anyone shopping should call Joe at Thousand Oaks Mitsu.

I assume you did not take the 0% financing deal then. One dealer near me advertised 0% financing or $1000 rebate. If so, you could probably negotiate $1000 under invoice. If you got $1000 under plus the 0% -- they must have really wanted to get rid of that car!

No I financed through my credit union 4.2% for 60 months. I also put down 10k. So my payments are $381/month.
