Thas hella gay. Modified Cars? Not all modified car drivers are street racers.
some people consider modifying cars a hobby, it dosen't nessecarilly mean they are participating in illegal street races. Thats a dumb decision

It's all another way for the state to take your money. I've been pulled over too many times in too many different cities in my bagged S10, for no other reason than the cop saw an easy way of adding to his list of tickets for that day. I've already been followed for at least 3 blocks and 3 turns in my totally stock EVO. I still don't care a TBE is going on soon.
