Hi guys,
Im obviously new to the board. I just purchased a 2005 tarmac black EVO with 0% financing. It was incredible how unwilling the dealers were to haggle. Especially with the 0% financing noone wanted to give me a price break. I eventually purchased my car in Rahway NJ from a fellow pollack and have since then put 250 miles on it. The car's handling is simply amazing. I have never taken 90 degree turns so fast in my life. Im still breaking it in and i have slipped up with my shifting and the tach has gone past 4500 rpm. Here are some pics

Picked up the same a month ago here on the west coast!
They didn't want to lower the price because they had to give up there dealer cash when you took the 0%. So you just made there profit margin go down by $1000 and that doesn't even include hold back. The dealercash is the dealers haggle money, when you said i want 0% all neogotations went out the window. I sell them but we just give the dealercash away so there is no BS. Nice car by the way, Black is a awesome color on the evos!

I just got my 05 Evo, Electric Blue. Personally, I think that your dealer just sucks, I'm paying 3k under sticker price. And that's including the 0% bit. But, I think I kinda took advantage of them, They've been talking to Mitsubishi about getting a Evo IX, but since they had so many VIII's on the lot, they had to get rid of them all first... Who Knows?

I guess you went to Bell Mitsubishi in Rahway.
I visited them about 1-month ago, but they didn't have a rally red Evo w/SSL at that time; only a white one.
