Firewall
There are a couple of options in these how to's. Also there is a way to run it through where the stearing wheel shaft goes through the firewall but it must be done carefully to keep it safe.

in the upper left corner of the engine bay(if you are looking at the engine from the front of the car)...behind the front strut assembly, there is a rubber grommet that you can pop out and will fall into the cabin on the passengers side. If you take the glove box out, you can get to it, but you'll need something to feed the lines through with, unless you have tiny hands. I used our long antenna to feed the lines for my boost gauge through that hole. But if you are putting in NOS, just drill a hole.

Best way to run anything is through the fenders. There is a grommet that goes into the cabin. Lots of room for anything and it already has a large grommet for protection. Lift car up and pull down fender lining and youll see how it works.
