Hurricace Wilma aftermath
All i can say is DAYUM!!! if this wasa category 2 then i'm never sticking around for category 3 or higher!!! The county that i live in (broward county) was the strongest hit! winds over 110mph...115+ is a category 3. every freaking tree in this county is on the floor.
the hurricane hit monday morning at 6am and the worse of it was from 9am to 10:30am!! the hurricane ripped off my hurricane shutters on 2 windows of my house and the windows were bending a little bit when winds came thru hard!
theres no gas to be found an absolutely no POWER!! in miami dade county theres only 18 street lights still up of about 2,850 street lights!! everything is down on the ground! and traffic is crazy everywhere!! every1 is out and about looking for food water ice and GASOLINE!! theres curfew here in south florida it's from 7pm till 7am!!.... no1 can be out on the streets between those times or u get arrested or fined! the big stores like best buy, circuit city, and sam ash all have security at night so no1 robs them!! its easy to steal at night cuz its soo dayum dark outside!!! any1 can just go rob houses and stores and theres no alarms or anything! thats y they make a curfew so no1 is out at night!!
i've barely eaten since monday! my family wasnt prepared for anything liek this!! no1 thought it was going to be like this! on wednesday i was at a gas station waiting for gas and i was waiting for 3 hours and theres was two people ahead of me and then they ran out of gas and a fight broke out and two people got tazered down by the police! evey1 is going crazy!! i finally got my hands on a generator that i has a friend from jacksonville bring to me but i have no GAS!!!! so im stuck in the dark!!
after the hurricane hit there was a cold front and it's been cold, but its starting to get hot again and theres no ac! thats y i am at my frioends house! he got power a day ago! and where i live they say that we are supposed to get power sumtime b4 November 22!! thats like 3 weeks from now!! crazy!! theres no milk to buy anywhere and im hungry!
ithink i forgot what a McChicken looks like!! lol.. it's only been 5 days, but i cant take it anymore!! i cant go 3 weeks without power!!
if its this bad here i cant believe what its still like in new orleans! crazyness!!
ohh another thing that struck me was that theres was no cell fone srevice for like about 4 days!! it's crazy when theres no way of communication!! it was crazy!.. i think the towers blew down. except for the Verizon towers cuz those were the only cell fones working!! i got my t-mobile service back yesturday!! and im chargin my fone here at my friends house!! aight well it's fun to be on the computer again and to watch tv here is fun as hell!!
when electricity comes back on, im going to turn on every dayum light on in my house and enjoy it!! i havent has a nive cold drink since tuesday! lol
aight well i'll be back on here someday when i drive all the way here to my friends house! im tryna save on gas, it's a good thing i drive a civic hatch, ikeep the rpm's down and the way im driving i am going to get like 500+ miles to my 11 gallon tank!
