What does your car idle at when you first turn it on???

when it's cold as ****, it shoots up to 1700 for like, 10 seconds, quickly drops to 1400, then 1200, and when it's warm, it'll idle at 900..... If i don't let it warm up, and I drive some, it'll idle at light at around 1100
