newbie that just picked up an IX

Hi guys Im new here i just bought a new 06 evo IX a couple weeks ago and im looking forward to being a part of evolutionm.net i recently had a turbo rsx and jumping into the evo is different but i LOVE it im from jersey and im hopping to maybe join evo-ny i saw alot of thier cars and they are very nice. here is some pics tell me what ya think so far i did turboxs down pipe ultimate racing test pipe turboxs catback and k&n intake and greddy type s bov.

wow nice car but the car has massive wheelgap.. i gotta get rid of asap when i get mine soon.

YOu bought those before even learning how to drive the car yet? You aren't supposed to get springs just to get rid of wheel gap. They should be used for performance reasons once you've learned to drive the car to its fullest. Putting on springs or coilovers before even racing the thing is just wrong...

Do the evo8 parts like (exhaust, dp) actually fit the evo9?

Not everyone uses their car for just racing. Alot dont even race them. He will just have to learn on the new springs, not that big of a deal.

actually i ran it at the atco speed way last night an for the first time i think i did well i did 12.8 @107 with a 1.7 60ft ive learned the car pretty well but as said i also like to put my cars in alot of shows too and i had the flex's on my rsx so im familiar with them

yup thats what i used and they fit perfect so i guess the parts are the same
