and the last possible opinion...trap m.p.h. matters the most. To answer your question you add 25% to your wheel hp. The 25% is drivetrain loss due to awd. 15% for FD.

so if i add 25% how come a lot of people in this forum keep claming wheelhorsepower on kits they buy for example they buy a vishnu satge 1+ which vishnu claims a 390bhp and people say they get 277whp on a dyno so if i add the 25% it would come to a 346bhp or vishnu is wrong or we are wrong any opinions??

Could be a lot of things...
bad install, bad gas or 91/93 octane difference, weather(temp and humidity), different dynos, different correcting factor...
The important thing is the difference before and after install, hopefully on the same dyno on a similar conditioned day.
Quarter mile final speed is also a good indication of how much power you have and is more consistant when comparing 2 different cars given same condition on their track days.
You might dyno 350whp on a mustang and another guy does 380whp on a dynojet. This does not necessarily mean he is faster than you. Assuming both graph shapes are similar in gradient throught the rpm, both car might end up trapping at 107mph.
This is just a difference on how different dynos might spit out different readings.
