newbie in need of help

My evo was involved in a good front end collision. I have a donor car to repair mine. I have matched the ecu with column. All the air bag sensors and control modules are good. Also so are the impact sensors. I have hooked up a matco scan tool and read the codes at first I had all the codes from the accident then I cleared the codes. Now the only codes that I am getting are the seatbelt tensioners are bad I know that because they are locked in place. I am not getting the fuel pump to come on and I'm not getting any spark either! I do know that on some newer cars there is a safety mechanism in the tensioner that will not allow the engine to restart I am not sure if the evo is so equipped? I am currently going over the entire car to check fuses ,grounds and relays. I am really stumped anyone have any ideas??????????????? any othe reasons or ideas would really help thanx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
