Well since moving to cny from the bayarea, the need for a car has become more apparent. my gf has a galant, and it's nice... but sharing a car sucks. so i started "shopping" around for a new car. in all reality i didn't know much about cars in the beginning... an ex co-worker of mine happened to be into cars... (he loves his 1st gen probe)... blah but anyway he introduced me into the whole thing of lancers. so i checked out the specs on the net and a few automotive magazine reviews and there seems to be mixed feelings. so i said "hum..." i know this is a "fan" site. but i'm a little... bothered. i was interested in the oz rally... but i didn't know the difference until recently... and i'm a tad bit disapointed... i was hoping for something a little more. some sort of real performance upgrade for the extra $.

i was thinking about a protege... that's about my only other possible at the moment. i don't want a focus or a civic or any of that other b.s.

but alas... a few weeks ago my friend drove through the local mitsu dealership and i saw my car... oz rally metallic grey... and today when i had to take my gfs car into the dealership i indulged myself and checked out "my" car.

this post has gone on and on... but is there any other good cars out there for around 16k? eh... good is kind of generalized, but you know what i mean.
