I just bought an 2003 Evo 8 for autocrosss and I wanted to install a front diff, I was doing some reseach and I called cusco and they told me that if I install a front diff that there be problems because of the viscous center diff. Is this true?

Also I am looking for a turbo back exhaust but there are so many out there it is hard to decide which good (or great) and which does not product good results, could someone please advise?

yup , a better alternative would be a torsen diff , like the Quaife one ( cusco is a clutch type diff ) , less maintenance also with this kind of LSD . Regarding the exhaust , a 3" Buschur TBE should be fine .
